James Riley Plemons celebrated his second birthday on August 15, 2002, with a Blues Clues party on August 10. He is the son of David Plemons. Grandparents are Jerry and Wanda Plemons of Etowah, Tennessee and Leonard Harris of Niota, Tennessee and Cathy Harris of Ten Mile, Tennessee. The great-grandparents are Elizabeth “Liz” Harris and Ray and Ruth Russell.
