A BIOGRAPHY NOTE FROM RUTH PLEMONS
Eric Plemons is the youngest son of Ray & Jessie Calhoun Plemons of Athens.Ray is the youngest son of Gus & Ethel Hicks Plemons.Jessie is the daughter of Jess & Ethel Calhoun of McMinn County.
Eric graduated from McMinn County High School,and also earned his private pilots licenseUpon graduation he joined the US Air Forceand served in Desert Storm.When discharged he enrolled in Embrey Riddle Aeronautical University,Daytona Beach,Fl.
Upon
graduation he flew Charter flights in Lear Jets with Eagle Aviation,Columbia,SC
for five years.He earned his Captains wings and is
now with Air Tran of Atlanta,flying DC9s.They fly up
the East Coast and as far west as Texas.At age 32
Eric is single, and a fine
young man doing what he loves.
