This is to be held in Leicester, Buncombe Co., NC, near Asheville, NC.

This is important: Please register at each of these meetings. Include your name and the names of those in your party; the family lines that you are out of, your mailing address and e-mail address if you had one. We want to keep in touch.

Friday 14 June 2002, early bird get together; at the Leicester Community Center on New Leicester Road (Hwy 63) beginning at 6:00 p.m. Refreshments and lots of talk, tall stories etc.

Directions:

Leaving the Ramada Plaza Hotel – going West. Take Hwy 19/23 (Patton Avenue) north about 3 miles to State Hwy 63 (New Leicester Highway). At the stop light, turn left onto Hwy 63. Travel about 9 miles on this road to the Leicester Community Center. On the way you will pass these places on the right of the Highway:

Go about 6 miles, Newfound Baptist Church

Go on about 2.5 miles, the Leicester School

Then about ½ mile further is the right turning driveway to the Leicester Community Center.

Saturday, 15 June 2002, Reunion at the Buncombe County Firefighters Training Center

at 180 Erwin Hills Road, Leicester. Air conditioning and handicap ramp.

Covered Dish Meal - Time: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Come prepared to eat, talk, make pictures and other stuff.

Directions:

From exit 44 on I-40

Hwy 19/23 (Patton Avenue) north about 3 miles to at stop light turn left onto State Highway 63 (New Leicester Road).

Go about 2.5 miles and turn right onto Old County Home Road.

Go to stop light and turn right onto Lee Creek Road.

Go to stop light and turn right on to Erwin Hills Road.

Go to 180, Firefighters Training Center.

Sunday, 16 June 2002, Good-bye breakfast, 8:00 a.m. at the Ramada Plaza Hotel-West.
